Exp Live Entertainment LLP is a live events company organizing music festivals, concerts, artist solo tours, artist management, and related entertainment experiences across India.

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to use the Site or purchase tickets to our events. If you are under this age, you may use the Site only with the involvement of a parent or legal guardian.

3.1 Tickets for our events are sold through third-party ticketing platforms (such as BookMyShow). Purchases made through these platforms are subject to that platform's own terms of service, refund policy, and privacy policy, in addition to any event-specific terms we publish.

3.2 We are not responsible for errors, delays, or issues arising from third-party ticketing platforms, including payment processing, ticket delivery, or refund handling.

3.3 Tickets are generally non-transferable and non-refundable except as required by law or as expressly stated in the applicable event's terms.

4.1 We reserve the right to change event line-ups, venues, dates, or times due to circumstances including but not limited to artist availability, weather, safety concerns, government orders, or other events beyond our reasonable control.

4.2 In the event of cancellation, refund eligibility and process will be communicated separately and will generally follow the refund policy of the ticketing platform used for purchase.

4.3 We are not liable for any incidental costs (such as travel or accommodation) incurred by attendees due to event changes, postponements, or cancellations.

5.1 By attending an event, you agree to comply with venue rules, safety instructions, and applicable laws.

5.2 We reserve the right to refuse entry or remove any person from an event who engages in disruptive, unsafe, unlawful, or abusive conduct, without refund.

5.3 Prohibited items and conduct will be specified in event-specific guidelines where applicable.

6.1 All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, images, video, and design elements, is owned by or licensed to Exp Live Entertainment LLP and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

6.2 You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content on the Site without our prior written consent.

6.3 Any recording, photography, or livestreaming at our events may be restricted or prohibited as specified in event-specific rules. Content captured by us at events (photos, videos) may be used for promotional purposes.

If you submit content to us (e.g., via contact forms, social media tags, or newsletter sign-ups), you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, and display that content for purposes related to our Services, including marketing.

The Site may contain links to third-party websites or services (including social media platforms and ticketing partners). We do not control and are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third-party sites.

9.1 The Site and Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

9.2 We do not guarantee that the Site will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

9.3 Event details published on the Site are subject to change without notice.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Exp Live Entertainment LLP shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Site or attendance at our events, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or personal property.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Exp Live Entertainment LLP, its affiliates, officers, and employees from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising out of your violation of these Terms or misuse of the Site or Services.
